Prerequisites: Photo 21 or one of the following: Art 31A, 40, 50B, 56, GRCOM 30, 35, 220, 245A or a basic background in the use of the computer. Recommended preparation: Photo 23A and either 24A or 24B. Introduction to principles and techniques of electronic photo imaging. Development of concepts and skills to scan, edit, retouch, paint, manipulate and print grayscale and color photographs using Adobe Photoshop software. Recommended enrollment in Art 110D. Total of 36 hours lecture and 72 hours laboratory. Transfer Credit: CSU
