Prerequisite: EMS 1152C.This course is designed to enhance the student's basic patient assessment skills in the medical/ trauma environment.Current changes and updates in Emergency Medicine will be incorporated into the course as they occur.The course will build on information acquired in EMS 1151 and EMS 1152C.After successful completion, the student will meet the requirements for HIV/AIDS update and State of Florida EMS requirements for recertification.
