Prerequisite: Maintain enrollment in 3 units or more. Individualized instruction in cognitive development, academic skills and the use of adapted technology for students with disabilities. Skills taught include keyboard literacy, typing, word processing, cognitive-retraining, reading, writing, spelling, arithmetic, vocabulary and grammar. Maximum credit 4 units, 1 unit each semester. No credit if taken after 4 units of Engl 403. Pass/no pass grading. Total of 54 hours laboratory.
