Recommended preparation: PEAct 3A or American Red Cross Level III Lifesaving certificate. Build on the foundations established in Beginning Swimming I. More emphasis will be placed on stroke development and breathing coordination. Underwater swimming, jumping into the pool, and basic rescue. Total of 54 hours laboratory.
