Students will have the opportunity to examine works by representative writers and fi lm makers from different literary periods. Spanish, Latin- American, and/or Hispanic works from the United States will be studies in their cultural context as well as for elements of structure and style. The course will be conducted in English and Spanish and will satisfy the Liberal Arts diversity requirement. Code 2 course fee. Prerequisite: SPAN 152 or consent of instructor
