3 cr. Corequisite : AVS*H104. ALL FLIGHT TRAINING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STUDENT. Students will receive approximately 120 hours of flight instruction covering topics that include pre-flight operations, aircraft systems, advanced ground operations, advanced flight maneuvers, normal and emergency procedures, commercial cross-country operations, and complex aircraft operations. Co-op instruction is designed to augment students' flight training and includes the use of a flight simulator as well as classroom discussion of selected topics. This course prepares students for the FAA Commercial Pilot Practical Test (ASEL).
