Prerequisite: Satisfactory grade in CGS1520 or its equivalent. A continuation of CGS1520. Topics include advanced uses of Macromedia Director, Lingo and Flash animation. This course will cover the fundamentals of professional multimedia projects development. In-depth study and successful implementation of multimedia applications for CD-ROM, Kiosk, and web distribution. Emphasis on video and audio compressions, multi-platform implementations and applications authoring will also be covered. Hands-on projects will be required for presentation and grade.
