Prerequisite: A grade of C or better in DEA0020 and DEA0020L, DES1020, DES1020L. Corequisite: DEA0830L. The course is designed to provide the basic knowledge of the first component of the rules and regulations of the Florida State Board of Dentistry. Topics include, but are not limited to, preliminary charting, coronal polishing, fluoride application, and application of topical anesthetic. Contact: 30 clock hours per semester.
