Prerequisite: satisfactory completion of College Preparatory English (ENC0020) and College Preparatory Reading (REA0002) or appropriate placement scores. Examines the history, traditions, and philosophy of the American court system. Emphasis on the roles of the prosecutor, judge, defense attorney, jurors, offenders, and the public.
