The design of intermediate games and simulations, both for education as well as entertainment, will be explored in detail. Involves programming in a high-level scripting language and algorithmic development. Topics include 3D game/ simulation concepts, design components and processes, 3D game/ simulation worlds, 3D character/ vehicle/ terrain development, creating the user experience, core mechanics, and multi-tier client/ server support.
