This course is a study of the management of organizational information systems. Relevant information technology and business concepts will be used to explore the role of information systems within organizations and the relationship of information systems to the external organizational environment. Emphasis will be on organizational results, attaining efficiency and effectiveness, and achieving competitive advantage in the global economy.
