Topics will include: Industrial Psychological Principles, Practices, Techniques, Tools and Tactics, Employee Selection Principles and Techniques, Performance Appraisals, Training and Development, Leadership, Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Job Involvement, Working Conditions and Stress in the Workplace.
