This course introduces students to the practical side of project management and is focused on the preparing students for project management work environment. Students will apply the theoretical and practical approaches to Project Management gained from the introductory, Advanced PM, and PM Applications courses. Using a project approach, students will develop the skills to help in requirements gathering, work break down structure development, schedule development/management, scope of work management/control, earned value analysis, communication management and vendor management.
