Prerequisite: VARTS 361 or permission of instructorFulfills a course requirement in the Visual Arts Studies Photography/DigitalMedia Core ConcentrationThis studio course introduces animation and video art processes andtools including stop-frame analog animation, digital animation, digitalvideography, sound design, editing and DVD/web publishing. Emphasisis placed on locating student interests, developing creative strategiesand honing professional methods. Projects include animation, soundand video creation. Students in this course organize and direct theannual Roger Williams University Film Festival.
