This course examines the scientific and computer concepts tounderstand and use multimedia methods.Topics include an introduction to computers, color science, digital imaging, analog and digital sound concepts, video theory, animation techniques, authoring software, and multimedia distribution on the Internet as well as the testing and quality control of multimedia productions. Hardware and software packages are used to explore and demonstrate concepts.
