This course explores the features of mechanical and electricalsystems typically included as part of the utility of service grouping in modern buildings, including design principles, materials and equipment, installation, operation, and maintenance.All mechanical aspects of supporting a building are covered, including air handling, HVAC, heat loads & losses, electricity, plumbing, and water delivery. Prerequisites: CT121 Statics and PH151 General Physics 1.
