Prerequisite: RADT 1100 The course introduces students to principles of radiographic exposure, including primary exposure factors and the proper utilization of accessory devices. It includes discussions of film characteristics and processing, artifacts, technique charts, and automatic exposure control. The course concentrates on overall image quality as well as patient exposure. (5 contact hours: 3 lecture, 2 lab)
