Prerequisite: ITCS 1810, ITDB 1430 or ITIS 1530, ITIS 1510, ITIS 1520; or permission of instructor This course provides advanced instruction in application development, user interface design, current standard Windows program development, and methodologies using Visual Basic for Applications. Students will use the Visual Basic for Applications Editor to customize their user applications to meet exact design specifications. They will also customize controls and macros for Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint to create specialized applications for the user. (5 contact hours: 1 lecture, 4 lab)
