Prerequisite: EDUC 1150, EDUC 2031 (can be taken concurrently) This course discusses behavior management techniques as well as the theories used to develop basic standards of student behavior in the K-12 classroom. It also presents practical methods for creating a positive learning environment, for working with behavior problems, and for dealing with a range of challenges in the K-12 classroom.
