This course offers participants experiences with working with parents as well as how to create a rich environment and challenging early literacy skills. This course is part of a series of modules developed as a part of Ohio's expanded State Institute for Reading Instruction. Participants can take this course alone or as part of a total "package." Each course consists of four three-hour sessions. The participant must attend all four sessions at the same location to receive an ODE Certificate of Participation.(1 contact hour
