Prerequisite: ELEC 1100 or permission of instructor This specialized course is designed for students with residential or industrial wiring experience and a working knowledge of the National Electrical Code. It provides an in-depth study of the latest revisions to the National Electrical Code and a survey of other local and national electrical codes. It also includes coverage of safe wiring methods, which are required and must be followed in the design and installation of electrical systems for all types of buildings and construction.
