Exploring the climate system and climate change from a geographic perspective. The earth's energy budget, hydrologic cycle, and atmospheric circulation will be examined at a variety of spatial and temporal scales. Present climate events and aspects of climate change will also be covered, including anthropogenic impacts resulting from deforestation, atmospheric pollution, urbanization, etc. Prerequisite: 01:450:101 or 11:670:202.
