This course encompasses the techniques, theories and philosophies of movement as presented by America's second generation from Cunningham to Alvin Ailey. The social and cultural changes that influenced this periods dance also will be explored. Exposure to this study will enable the student to integrate the thought behind the movement. Studio course.
