1 semester, 4 credits Animal behavior investigates the mechanisms, ecology, and evolution of actions by animals as well as historical and current perspectives on the study of animal behavior. Emphasis is placed on discussing proximate and ultimate questions about behavior.The laboratory provides instruction on methods for conducting behavioral research, plus field trips. Prerequisites: BIO 103-104.
