(formerly ESL-H079) 3 cr. Prerequisite: Successful completion of ESL*H132 or 135 or specified score on ESL placement exam. In this high intermediate course, students will further develop proficiency in the use of grammar structures through group discussions, oral practice, written exercises, and short writings. Use of grammar structures in authentic contexts will be emphasized. This course requires a minimum of six hours of outside work per week. (Fall, Spring)
