This course is approved by the State of Florida Department of Insurance for continuing education credit for Property/Casualty insurance agents. Topics include the structure of commercial general liability (CGL) policies, occurrences, claims, limits of insurance, the insured, coverages and conditions. Also covered is the nature of workers compensation laws, employer liability, and endorsements. This course partially fulfills the bi-annual continuing education requirement of 24 hours for agents licensed less than six years and of 20 hours of agents licensed for more than six years.
