Prerequisite: PAZ 1330.This series will focus on basic zookeeper technology: including biology of animals in captivity, general maintenance of zoo and park facilities, as well as behavioral and reproductive management of representative zoo species. Students will work in rotations of bird, commissary, middle shift, and education departments throughout the spring semester.The focus this term is on learning protocols and basic zookeeping skills.
