It views stress management from a multidisciplinary perspective, and encourages a more integrative style of helping that meets the diverse needs of our community.The course focuses on holistic aspects of health and well-being and encompasses such topics as peak mental performance, creativity, meditation, deep breathing,mind enhancement technology,Tai Chi,guided imagery, lucid dreaming,muscle relaxation, autogenics, and nutrition.
