Prerequisite or corequisite: BSC2085. This course, along with BSC2085, is the first half of an investigation of the structure and functioning of the human body. The lecture and the lab together cover basic chemistry, basic cell biology, tissues and the integumentary system, skeletal system, muscular system and nervous system. The primary emphasis in BSC2085L is anatomy (structure). Designed primarily for nursing, respiratory therapy, dental hygiene and other health care professions. Not intended for biology majors. Not intended for non-science majors. Major exams will be Practical Exams. Lab 2 hours. Additional fee.
