Prerequisite: Satisfactory completion of ACG 2021 or ACG 2001 and ACG 2011. The study of the principles and practices of governmental and not- for-profit accounting. Topics include budgetary accounting, general and special revenue funds, capital projects, debt service funds, proprietary funds, fiduciary funds, account groups, interfund transactions and not-for-profit entities.
