Emphasis of this course is to apply critical thinking skills to daily decisions occurring primarily in the legal, criminal justice, biomedical, business and communications areas that concern moral duty, obligation, values and beliefs. The seminar will enable students in both the Technology and Professional Programs and other divisions to develop a personal philosophy and ethical foundation. Historical and current ethical dilemmas will be analyzed. The course is designed to better prepare students for good decision making in all aspects of life. Contact: 3 hours. This course cannot be used to fulfill the Humanities requirement for General Education.
