This course will focus on history, ethics, organization and credentialing guidelines It also focuses on medical gas preparation, usage and safety, physical principles of medical gas therapy, oxygen delivery systems, breathing modalities, patient assessment, arterial blood gas drawing techniques and chest physio-therapy and postural drainage. Case studies are utilized within this course to incorporate the critical thinking process. Contact: 4 hours per week.
