Introduces the drugs used in veterinary medical practice, including their actions and possible interactions and side effects. Provides the knowledge needed to calculate drug dosages, administer treatments, dispense drugs to clients as prescribed by the veterinarian, and instruct clients about drug administration and precautions. Restricted to Veterinary Technician students. Prerequisite: MTH 130 and a grade C or better in VET 133 and VET 134
