An elective course designed to present information and techniques associated with the physiological effects of movement and exercise on the human body. The student will also gain valuable knowledge in basic human anatomy, along with the movements that various musculature is responsible for. This information will be used to train athletes to reach their greatest level of fi tness, as well as prevent athletic injury. Code 2 course fee.
