( 3) This course is a continuation of HIT 225 and is designed to give students practical experience in health information management and supervisory issues. Students will utilize the knowledge they have gained from the classroom lectures and laboratory experiences in the clinical setting. Each student will spend 15 days (120 hrs.) in a health care facility. The student is responsible for the arrangement and costs of transportation to and from the clinical site. Prerequisite: HIT 225 Corequisite: HIT 202, HIT 205.
