This course examines personal growth and adjustment throughout the life span, encompassing theory research and practical applications. Topics include: theories of adjustment, characteristics of the healthy personality, interpersonal relationships, adjustments to school, work, and retirement, understanding and managing stress, human sexuality, and strategies for coping and adjustment. Prerequisite: SOCS 105 3 credits (3 lecture hours) These credits count towards the Social Sciences (list C) requirements for graduation.
