Prerequisite: ITIS 1005, ITON 1020 or ITON 1030; or permission of instructor This course provides a fundamental knowledge of personal computer hardware and operating systems software. Students will use various software utilities to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the operations of PCs. Topics include troubleshooting fundamentals and support techniques in a PC environment.
