Prerequisite: MDTR 2140 This advanced level online course continues transcription studied in previous courses and introduces the medical specialty areas of radiography, nuclear medicine, surgery, operative reports, and orthopedics. Students will discuss topics of professionalism such as entrepreneurship, resumes, interviewing, employment opportunities, and career management. The course also introduces ergonomic principles, federal privacy regulations, and employment laws. (5 contact hours: 2 lecture, 3 lab) MODERN LANGUAGES (See American Sign Languages, French, German, Italian and Spanish)
