This course is the second in a three-level series of courses for students whose dominant language is not English. Students will practice improving their reading and writing skills in English and they will practice techniques for locating and selfcorrecting grammar, spelling, punctuation and usage errors in their compositions. In addition, students will be shown how to organize and connect ideas in formal English writing. Prerequisite: EN 030 or appropriate placement test scores. This course does not apply toward an associate degree. ( C)
