This is an introductory course studying various types of estimates with approximate and exact methods of quantity takeoff, methods at arriving at lump sum and unit prices, methods of itemizing preliminary and final estimates. These methods are applied to selected problems taken from various residential and commercial plans. Spreadsheets are used for recapitulation. Prerequisites: CO 101, CI 120, CI 121, MT121 F (N)
