Prerequisite: BUS 119. Designed as preparation for the Real Estate Broker's examination in compliance with the New York State Division of Licenses. The state examination must be passed before a broker's license is issued. Additional prepara tion for opportunities in the real estate profession. Students must attend classes one night a week for 14 weeks to ensure the basic state requirement of 45 class hours. NOTE: Course must be taken for credit to be eligible for the NYS licensing test. An audit is not sufficient for admittance to the test. Offered upon indication of need
