The EMT course is intended to prepare the student for an entry-level career in emergency medical services at the basic provider level. The program is an intensive four-month course that addresses a variety of topics through lectures, skill labs and evaluation sessions provided by certified EMT instructors, paramedics, nurses and physicians.
