Reading Fundamentals II is designed to fulfill one major objective: proficiency in the reading comprehension skills necessary for competent work in English Composition I (ENG-101). The course content is closely related to materials taught in Writing Fundamentals II. It is specifically designed with the special reading instructional needs of deaf and hard of hearing students in mind, i.e., American Sign Language's relationship to English and ESL methodologies for the deaf.
