Students will apply the process and utilization of materials including Kuder online assessment tool, NJ Department of Labor website and other related data in making career decisions. The student will be able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of their life goals based on the Kuder online assessment tool and self-reflection. They will learn to locate and understand the various Holland Codes and create mini case studies. The student will set expectations, outcomes and reasonable long-term and short-term career goals.
