Math fundamentals, as they relate to the food industry, will be intensively reviewed. Multiplication, division, fractions, percentages, ratios, decimals and other computations will be performed utilizing industry-based problems. The student will perform recipe conversions, menu pricing, weights and measures, recipe costing, and extension computations. (Prerequisite or Corequisite: MATH-015 or passing score in computation on Basic Skills Test)
