LearnThis course is designed to help students succeed in college by emphasizing techniques that encourage understanding and retention of course material. Topics include establishing a proper study environment, listening skills, time management, note taking, reading a textbook, taking examinations, and ways of drawing on personal and environmental resources for academic success. Credit cannot be applied toward a degree. Grade points earned in this course will be included permanently in the cumulative GPA and SPI. One or two class hour(s) a week.
