FundamentalsThis course studies the requirements of voice, data, and video transmission over wide area networks. It provides students with the basic knowledge required to install and configure wired, wireless, and fiber communications equipment using PC compatible computers. Students are required to install, set up, and configure basic home (peer to peer) networks. Prerequisite: ETK 13. Three class hours and three laboratory hours per week.
