1-2-2 Elective. Prerequisite: Basic swimming skills Basic SCUBA theory and laboratory format designed to prepare the student for open water application (not included). Classroom sessions meet at Georgia Highlands College with pool (laboratory) sessions conducted at a local facility. Student supplies personal masks, snorkel, fins and boots. Other equipment supplied by the contractor. Additional participation and materials fee required.
