3 hours per week. This course is designed to orient students to the art of growing plants in the greenhouse. Greenhouse construction, heating and cooling, propagation of greenhouse plants, watering, shading, indoor disease and pest control, growing media preparation, hanging baskets, totems, use of growth regulators and dish gardens will be covered.
