3 hours lecture and 1. 5 hours laboratory per week. A practical course designed to assist those who are not trained botanists but want to know about the landscape plants they see every day. The identification of the more common grasses, flowers, shrubs and trees, along with their cultural requirements and landscape uses, is covered. Recommended for students in ornamental horticulture, nurserymen, nursery sales persons, landscapers and homeowners. This class is offered online and in the classroom.
